About the space
The La Fontaine Room is one of the former dining rooms and was originally intended for second class passengers. Whether it is a reception, congress or dinner, everything is possible in the La Fontaine Room today. The La Fontaine Room has seven sub-rooms that can function as breakout rooms and can therefore be easily combined with the Odyssee Room for example for a congress. With the fixed dance floor, this room is very suitable for all festive gatherings.
In the La Fontaine Room, the fables of the French poet and writer Jean de La Fontaine can be found in the ceramic relief on the wall, bringing the dining space to life. The dozens of lamps in the shape of illuminated ceramic stars, spheres, and diamonds make this room very eye-catching. As this uniquely designed La Fontaine Room can be arranged freely, it is practical for any event.
