About the space
"The store Starbucks sold only beans and machines in Seattle in 1971. When Howard Schultz joined the company in 1982, he suggested selling high-quality coffee. The founders reacted skeptically, so Howard opened his own stores (Il Giornale) in 1985. In 1987, he took over Starbucks and made it the world's largest and most famous coffee brand."
// Amsterdam, daylight
The Howard is inspired by Amsterdam's pub life. Who doesn't enjoy staying in an Amsterdam pub during work hours? The space has direct access to The Louis, making it suitable as a break-out space for this purpose.
