In November 2021, we started with the creation of a food forest. With the establishment of the food forest, we mainly aim to contribute to facilitating biodiversity, which is under immense pressure worldwide.

The food forest is also a place that demonstrates how diversity enriches nature and provides a fertile ground for various fauna and flora. Considering this aspect, we see the food forest as a beautiful metaphor from which we can learn a lot. The food forest is a place where people from diverse backgrounds can come together to meet each other and actively participate in maintaining the food forest. We regularly organize days where volunteers help with the maintenance of the food forest. For example, people who are slowly finding their place in society again after a burnout or due to other personal reasons.

We also apply the principles of the food forest in our work as facilitators of professionals, teams, and organizations. A fertile ground needs to be watered and fertilized. Sometimes it is also necessary to weed out unwanted plants to give space to others or to put up a fence to protect a valuable tree. The essence is that when the ground is fertile enough, growth, development, and harvest naturally occur.

A portion of our earnings as trainers and coaches goes to the food forest.
