About the venue
Atelier Bellevue Utrecht is located a 3-minute walk from CS Utrecht, in one of the most beautiful monumental buildings in Utrecht in the style of Art Nouveau, also known as Jugendstil. This positive art style is characterized by graceful asymmetrical lines, organic shapes, and nature motifs. The building was constructed in 1905 in this style and has a fairy-tale appearance with plenty of light, soft colors, and a distinctive tower.
All meeting rooms are spacious, high, and filled with natural light. From a seated position, you look out over the Vredenburgplein or the DOM. At the front of the building, there are rooms with beautiful stained glass and even one room with its own balcony. The decor is homey modern, and art from the private collection of Heleen and Ronald, the owners, is displayed everywhere.
The building was originally a hotel named Bellevue and was a well-known establishment in Utrecht for many years. The property has recently been completely renovated and now meets all conceivable wishes and requirements of this time. What remains is the breathtaking atmosphere of a luxury hotel from the Belle Epoque, where you immediately feel at home and at ease.
Atelier Bellevue Utrecht has 7 multifunctional spaces (6 to 60 people plenary) that are all equipped with their own pantry with coffee and tea facilities and all possible amenities, such as a presentation screen with RAM and excellent wifi for online meetings.
The rooms can be booked separately or in combination or the entire space exclusively. Think of a plenary meeting for up to 60 people in the Loft and then the desired number of break-out rooms.
For consultancy organizations, it is also a wonderful central location to work with all your colleagues for one or more days in this building. Office for a day!
Extra: On the first floor of Atelier Bellevue Utrecht, a city garden with a terrace is being created for guests to use during breaks.
Want to have drinks or dinner afterwards? Everything is possible, but we are also happy to refer you to our neighbors around the corner.
Welcome for a non-binding viewing.
Looking forward to seeing you then!
Ronald and Heleen
