Enter our breathtaking Bauhaus monument from 1938, now transformed into an oasis of luxury and elegance. Every corner of our hotel exudes a unique atmosphere, where modern design elements blend seamlessly with the building's original character. Comfortable furniture, contemporary lighting, and stimulating artworks form a harmonious whole with the preserved woodwork, graceful moldings, original floors, and tiles.

The location offers 4 different options:

The restaurant is the perfect place to rent out for large groups. It can accommodate dining for 85 people. When the tables and chairs are removed, it has a capacity for up to 200 people.

The bar has a capacity for 50 people. Furthermore, the Exclusive One, the meeting room, is available for 20 people in its current setup. In this space, we can change the setup as desired. Standing, it can accommodate up to 50 people.

Additionally, the location has a penthouse with a rooftop terrace. This room and the rooftop terrace can be rented out. Upon request, the terrace can be set up accordingly.

- The location does not have parking spaces but is a 5-minute walk from the Museumpark parking garage;
- The location is 2 stops away from Central Station and a 2-minute walk from a metro station.
