Onder architectuur vormgegeven biobased gebouw van lokale materialen met circulaire gevebekleding. 

De houten constructie is gemaakt van douglas sparren. Deze bomen hebben wij gekocht van Staatsbosbeheer en stonden in het bas op 300 meter afstand van onze locatie. 

De wanden zijn geïsoleerd met Achterhoeks stro en Achterhoeks miscanthus, hiervoor hebben we samengewerkt met lokale agrarische ondernemers. De gevelbekleding bestaat uit 27.000 houten latjes. Deze latjes zijn een circulaire reststroom.

Groot Obbink is een inpirererende vergaderlocatie met met een ruime vergaderzaal op de oude boerenzolder en er zijn meerdere breakout ruimten. Er is tevens een afzonderlijke ruimte voor de lunch. Groot Obbink is geschikt tot 12 personen.  De locatie is landelijk gelegen op een oude boerderij met landerijen en een prachtig oud erf waar kleinschalig vleesvee wordt gehouden op een natuurinclusieve wijze. De locatie wordt CO2 neutraal verwarmd met eigen geteelde koolzaadolie. Parkeren is gratis.
