Business meetings in an inspiring and homely atmosphere!
The monumental restored pergola in the large garden with pond connects the former Headquarters with the Villa. The former Headquarters has 5 rooms and a large Grand Café. The 5 atmospheric rooms in the stylish Villa have access to a terrace or balcony, and there is also a terrace at the Grand Café. All spaces have plenty of daylight and good wifi. Both buildings can also be rented exclusively for your meeting. Each space has its own atmosphere and appearance that fits your type of meeting and group size.
In-house catering
Our chefs cook in-house in an artisanal manner using fresh daily products, mostly from the region.
Sustainable location with a good indoor climate
The former Headquarters has been sustainably restored, with the entire roof equipped with solar panels. It also features a high-quality climate system where the intake of fresh outside air and the exhaust of air is a continuous process. Furthermore, we use LED lighting as much as possible, separate waste, and source regionally. Due to all sustainability measures, the former Headquarters is one of the first energy-neutral national monuments that serves as a meeting and conference location.
Well accessible and free parking
Villa Jongerius is about a 12-minute walk from the Jaarbeursplein exit of Utrecht Central Station, a few minutes by OV bike, and about a 5-minute drive from the A2 and A12. Villa Jongerius has 50 free parking spaces on site, 6 with charging facilities.
The former Headquarters is accessible for people with disabilities.
