The monument consists of the Villa, the former Head Office, and an architectural garden with a pond, a green oasis in the center of Utrecht. The two buildings are connected by a pergola with a sunny terrace.

Villa Jongerius has 11 rooms suitable for conferences, meetings, and gatherings for group sizes of up to 150 people. The stylish Villa has 5 atmospheric rooms, all with access to a terrace or balcony. The industrial former Head Office has 5 rooms and a Grand Café with a large terrace.

All spaces have plenty of natural light. Both buildings can also be rented exclusively for your event. Each space has its own atmosphere and appearance that fits your type of event and group size.

Artisanal and homemade catering
Food is prepared in our own kitchen in an artisanal way, fresh daily, and with passion, using as many local products as possible.

Sustainable location
Villa Jongerius does everything possible to protect the environment without compromising on comfort and quality for guests. The restored former Head Office features a thick layer of insulation and solar panels. The building is heated by a water heat pump, and the circulation system provides fresh, healthy air. Additionally, we use LED lighting, separate waste, and purchase as many local products as possible.

Conveniently accessible and free parking
About a 12-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station, a bus stop at the entrance, and about 5 minutes from the A2 and A12 highways. Villa Jongerius has 50 free parking spaces, of which 6 have charging stations. The former Head Office is accessible for people with disabilities.
