This intimate meeting room of 22m2 is located on the first floor of the Villa and has an industrial and business-like character. Ideal for meetings with a small group.

Thanks to the large illuminated glass photos depicting the life of the Jongerius family and the complex, the space has a sleek look. The adjacent pantry can be accessed with a sliding door and can be used for lunch or for some privacy.

This room offers a beautiful view of the former Headquarters, and in good weather, the large private balcony can be included as part of the space.

The story behind the room
The Frans room is named after a grandson of Jan Jongerius and the entrepreneur of the year 2011, Frans van Seumeren. As the director of the salvage company Mammoet, Frans was responsible for salvaging the submarine Kursk and is now the owner of FC Utrecht.
