The charming Villa has 4 different rooms and a house chapel that open up to the grand marble staircase hall. An exclusive location available for rent for your meeting with various sessions or as an 'office for a day'.

The cozy Heinnie room is the place for, for example, the plenary kick-off with a maximum of 25 people in a theater setup. Are you with more guests? Then the beautiful marble staircase hall, with the life-size paintings of the Jongerius family all around, can also be used as a plenary kick-off space with a maximum of 50 people standing.

The Villa consists of:

Heinnie room (50m2) - up to 25 in theater setup
Jan room (64m2) - up to 25 in theater setup
Frans room (22m2) - up to 12 people in a circle setup
Hella room (28m2) - up to 12 people in a circle setup
Chapel (14m2) - up to 6 people in a fixed meeting setup
Marble staircase hall, possibly for catering moments
While the rooms (Heinnie and Hella room) on the ground floor are classic and decorated in the style of Louis the 14th, the rooms on the first floor (Jan and Frans room) are designed to be businesslike and sleek with large glass photo walls.

All rooms have their own private terrace or balcony and when the weather is nice, the sunny pergola terrace can also be used.

Unfortunately, the Villa is not wheelchair accessible.

The story behind the room
Villa Jongerius was the former residence of entrepreneur Jan Jongerius (1888-1941) and his wife Heinnie Jongerius (1890-1974). In 1939, he designed and built this unique building himself. While the ground floor was classically furnished by Heinnie, the upper floor was much more modern. Each bedroom featured Gispen tube furniture, such as a bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, and a few chairs with a table. The wall lamps and hanging lamps were also from Gispen. As if that wasn't enough, the colors in each bedroom were executed in Gispen color schemes: egg yellow, sky blue, soft green, and red.
